I ordered the Ammazzafame with GF pasta and it was absolutely amazing!! I have a dairy allergy as well, so no cheese or butter. I was going to have the Pollo Parmigiana with the GF Pasta and GF bread crumbs, but it had cheese in it. The waiter we had was very helpful and checked with the chef before my order was put in. It was a busy Saturday night and even though my meal was put in last at our table of 5, it still came out right and along with the other dishes. Highly recommend! I only have sensitivities to gluten and dairy so I'm unsure of cross contamination, but I had no hives by the end of the night. Super happy!

Lucia’s became our favorite Italian restaurant in Little Italy. They do not have a gluten free menu but they are very knowledgeable about what we could have. Our meals were exquisite, the best meal I had on our visit. We ate here twice. They specialize in food from the Abruzzo region. It’s also quieter than other restaurants on Hanover so we had no problem being seated.

My waiter was knowledgeable about what contained gluten but the pasta options were minimal. The only sauces with no flour were the regular tomato sauces. All others contained flour so not many options at all. The GF pasta had a good texture and taste.

Amazing food and atmosphere and service . Gluten free penne can be served with any dish and especially liked that the general manager was very knowledgeable as he is gluten free himself . Also loved the Panna Cotta dessert!

Gluten free pasta available with some delicious sauces. Other options also available and staff seemed to know exactly what I could and couldn’t have. Reasonably priced - I would highly recommend

I feel like I ate in a different place. They have gluten free pasta on their menu. I chose a chicken dish, no pasta, I told the server I have a “gluten allergy”. There was either something in the preparation or really bad cross contamination; I am sick. The restaurant was nice, interesting atmosphere, very pleasant staff. The food was okay, except it may not be safe. I wouldn’t go back.

The manager has Celiac and all staff are very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and menu items that are safe. The chicken parmigiana was delicious and made with flourless breading. They use separate cooking utensils/pans for all GF menu items. Have returned a few times and always feel safe.
