I am Celiac and didn't have any issues here. They seem to know what they are doing and very friendly.

You don't get sick from a being glutened (celiac or sensitivity) in just an hour anyhow. That's not how the disease works.

Was excited to eat here based off first review. No dedicated fryer. I had the chicken fajita and stressed the importance of keeping everything separate as was very sensitive. Was sick within an hour of eating. Will not go here again.

Luciana’s Mexican Restaurant & Cantina serves many gluten free items. Basically everything with the exception of flour tortillas and anything with enchilada sauce is gluten free in our restaurant. Additionally we fry our chips separate from chimichangas.
