First thing server did was ask about allergies! She noted that I could not have gluten and walked me through what was gluten free or could be made gluten free. I had nigiri, and altered a roll and crudo to be gf, it was amazing! Staff seemed knowledgable and made sure to let me know each dish that came out was GF. One even knew that a spice on the side could potentially have been processed in a non gf facility. Did not get sick overall great experience!
