Review of Luella's Bar-B-Que

When ordering, I asked if the rubs were gluten free. The hostess stated that they are processed in a plant that processes wheat. As far as the sauces, the sweet sauce contains gluten. We asked that the hush puppies be left off the order and they were. Also we asked for a glove change before handling our food. Not sure if this was communicated. The respnse was rather nonchalant. Took Glutese before eating a morsel. Now about the food. The ribs were dry. A full rack is 12 ribs. Collards and coleslaw mediocre. 12 Bones BBQ is better with more GF optipns.
