Review of Luigi's Ice Cream Parlor

Had a delicious ice cream with a gluten-free cone this afternoon. Saw 2 spatulas and 2 ice cream scoops being washed. Then a piece of the ice cream of my choice was chipped off with the spatulas and set aside. a clean scoop of ice was taken from the clean side of the ice. The gf horns are all individually packed.
