Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was great. I had shrimp and grits, super yummy. My daughter had waffles - dedicated waffle iron, safe and delicious. Very cute restaurant and location. One star off because bakery had GF baked goods but they kept them in same cases as regular baked goods so yucky cross contamination there. But restaurant cooked items were appropriately handled, and we did not get sick!

Crab cakes are amazing! I also had the gf waffle sandwich. No issues and I am highly sensitive. Great service. I would love to go back.

Adjoining bakery had gf macaroons and brownies. Did not try but they looked great. I was told there is no chance of cross contamination with the macaroons. Not sure about brownies. All were served in same case as glutened options. I would feel better if they were separated or wrapped individually.

This is by far the best GF breakfast & lunch choice in Harbor Country. Excellent GF choices include: Chilaquiles, Carrot Cake Waffles, Buckwheat Swedish Pancakes, Shrimp & Grits, Crab Cakes, and a fantastic Crustless Quiche of the day. They use high quality local ingredients as much as possible. The owner (Vivian) is almost always there and will ensure that your food is prepared with care. It is not a big place and the wait can get pretty long on busy summer weekends, but I guarantee that the food is well worth the wait.

Carrot cake waffle was amazing and made on a dedicated waffle iron. They also offered gluten free pancakes and crab cakes, soups made with potato or other veggies instead of what and have almond milk. They sold gluten free brownies and cookies in the bakery next door as well. Service was great. Perfect find.

Love the GF carrot cake waffle and the GF buckwheat crepes. They even have GF crust less quiche. Plenty of breakfast and lunch options. It is very busy, so plan on a little wait, but it is worth it!
