Waiter had no idea about gluten free, called over the manager who made a face and said no, there’s really nothing here for you. I said what about the Philly roll, that looks ok, unless there’s a sauce drizzled on top. He said that’s probably fine then, just tell the waiter you’re gluten free. I asked about the spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls and he said no, the spicy Mayo had gluten and he couldn’t suggest anything on the entree menu. I got 2 rolls and 2 orders of sashimi. Salmon sashimi was good, tuna was very difficult to chew, bad cut. Would not recommend to anyone needing to avoid gluten.
