Lulu and Blu

January 12, 2024--we chose this restaurant based on the reviews on this site. Waitress was very pleasant and understood our needs. There were several GF options on the menu (or available as an alternate preparation). My gf boys ordered the roasted nuts as an appetizer and also the calamari. Both were eaten completely and enjoyed. Then they both had the "beef entree" which was a flat iron steak with potatoes and broccoli (which were ignored in favor of the meat)

The GF pasta is cooked in a separate pot. The server was knowledgeable and confirmed my dish was GF upon bringing it out. I got the pasta carbonara for myself. Shared the stuffed mushrooms as appetizer, and got their butter pecan gelato for dessert.

Have eaten here twice and felt very confident in their allergen procedures- they cook GF pasta in separate water/pot, use separate utensils, etc. They even have a separate GF fryer- got the calamari! GF marked on menu for items that can be modified to be GF.

Eaten here many times and never had a bad meal. The servers are all knowledgeable. Menu is clearly marked. It’s small inside so make a reservation if you want to go on a busy eating out night. The chicken piccata is amazing!

Amazing food! GF Clearly marked on the menu. Did not get sick afterwards and even had the cheese curds!
