Called ahead to speak about preparation before placing a takeout order. Friendly staff double checked ingredients and advised me to indicate a gluten allergy and they'd change gloves, cutlery, etc. Several GF pastries and options for meals. The hummus bowl and baked yucca fries were delicious!
