The menu is unmarked, and I was told by the server that there is cross contamination for basically all items due to shared preparation areas, but he went and retrieved the chef to further speak to what they could do.
Chef Eric came out and introduced himself and said that he would be able to personally prepare several dishes for me with a clean pan and clean preparation surfaces. He went through the menu with me and mentioned he could prepare several options, like the miso glazed salmon, bison, and 12oz steak. Ultimately, I went for the stuffed acorn squash, which was amazing, and I had no symptoms of contamination afterwards even with my high sensitivity.
Hats off to Chef Eric for his hard work, but in general the restaurant doesn’t have dedicated GF options, so please be advised if you are planning to go there and have celiac/high sensitivity to cross contamination.
