Too much cross contamination to risk trying anything.

NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY. Cross contamination is everywhere. Staff are not knowledge.
The gluten free options suggested are not completely gluten free. Taking off the plate the pita bread doesn't make the plate suitable for celiac people. Sauces and spices used on salad and meat contain gluten. Be very careful, and if you are celiac, choose another restaurant.
No
As of 8/24/2014 they do not do gluten-free.
No
It was ok Mediterranean food, I've had better rice & chicken skewers elsewhere. It's a clean nice spot to grab food in central SD.
Got the chicken, lamb, and beef kabobs. All delicious! They do not have a separate GF menu but the girl behind the counter was very knowledgeable and even pulled out a binder and reviewed all the GF options with me.
The food was fine but not memorable. My lower rating is because when I inquired about an item being gluten free the cashier replied that "oh yes, their xxxx is GF. It has no fat at all." Ummm.
no specific gluten free menu but the person behind the counter at least knew what i was talking about, found the binder that noted the menu items with gluten and gave me that information. he was very helpful. so things like you'd imagine...baklava, pita, gyros meat, cupcakes, etc...
it would be nice if they published this on their menu or website.
So good! I get the flat cut chicken and rice!
I went in and asked about gluten free options and the employee was VERY knowledgeable and was immediately able to tell me everything I could/could not have. The falafel and gyro cannot be made gluten free because they are premade with something that has gluten (a spice I think?). But aside from that and the pita bread pretty much everything is gluten free, all of the signature plates, bowls, etc. I informed him of my celiac and asked about cross contamination and he said he can notify the kitchen staff to sanitize the prep area and change their gloves. I ordered one of the signature plates and can hopefully make an edit or update about how I feel after my meal.
I stopped in, downloaded the app, went in to order. When I asked the guy of the crispy chickpeas were in a shared fryer he said it was in a fryer with meat but it would be OK because only other vegetarian food was in the fryer.
Clearly this guy doesn’t understand gluten free. The app is hard to tell which food items are safe, there’s no gf menu. I left immediately this place is definitely not safe to eat at if you have any allergies.
Only good for vegan or vegetarian food.

I am a symptomatic Celiac. Talked to the manager Steve about GF food. They were aware and immediately responded to accommodate GF food. They take enough precautions changing gloves and preparing food in separate area. You can enjoy their yummy chicken, fish , salad etc with rice. Don’t order any bread and you will be fine. Also thy have a dedicated dryer for fries and falafels. They are safe to consume. I tested with NIMA tester too. Will highly recommend this place for CELIAC.

They have fresh & delicious food! I do have to double check what they give me (but I do that at all places). Sometimes there is a disconnect between the kitchen & people taking g the order. They are very accommodating when errors are made! I Am also allergic to many other things including egg, sesame, dairy…
