no dedicated fryer even though it’s advertised

Staff were VERY nice but that unfortunately gave me false confidence. Mismarked menu, and they served me my food on a bed of fried wontons. Because they had been so accommodating, we didn't realize they were glutinous -- we thought they were corn... until I ate one. They owned their mistake, but it was still an unpleasant end to a potentially lovely meal. On the plus side, dedicated fryer?
