Would not recommend!! Chips (enough chips to maintain the demand of the day and evening) supposedly are fried every morning in new grease that was changed out the night before. AFTER the chips are cooked they fry the sopapias…(I asked if they wash the fryer soap and water and complete new oil every night, they said yes). But I find it hard to believe they do not have to make more chips throughout the day which makes them use the same grease as the sopapias are also fried in. The cheese dip is mozzarella cheese and milk. So the manager said we should’ve been safe with that. But they do use a bouillon cube to season the chicken and season the rice. She told me that they didn’t have the full ingredients list to provide what all is in them. We will not be attempting this restaurant again. We know La Cocina in Acworth is safe as well as El Nopal and also La Parilla. We understand everyone’s body is different- so it may work for you but Luna Maya is a no go for us.
