Great restaurant! 2 of 8 of our party were sensitive celiacs. Waiter asked about food allergies and took excellent care of us. I’m a very sensitive celiac and had no reaction. Food was amazing too!!

I came here since they supposedly accommodate for gluten free. Unfortunately, I ended up getting sick anyways, from what I can only guess was cross contamination or shoddy kitchen practices.
Other than that, the food itself was fairly mediocre, and so was the service. People who came in after ended up getting helped first, items ordered were not brought out, etc. To top if all off, the person who dined with me (who is not gluten free), ended up getting food poisoning.

Luna is a great spot to suggest when going out with a group - the food is great, there is something for everyone, and the staff are super well trained on allergies and as soon as I asked about gluten, they immediately brought over a manager to discuss their protocols in the kitchen, avoiding cross-contamination, etc. So much of their menu is gf by default (including the chips and salsas!) that I actually felt like I had a lot of choices. They were also excellent about accommodating dairy free.

I have very sensitive CD. I am always a little concerned, but I would definitely go back to Luna! I had the vegan enchiladas which were wonderful! The friends that I was with do not have CD and truly enjoyed their dinners also, which coincidentally were also all gluten-free. Our server was knowledgeable and explained their food sensitivity procedures. (They also accommodate tree nut and dairy sensitivities) I can comfortably recommend Luna, at least the one at the Pruneyard.

This place is amazing!!! The first question asked is if anyone has any allergies. All of the items in the menu are explicitly labeled too!

Oh my goodness so good. I am from Texas so I know good Mexican food. Very picky. Service was great. This is a new favorite place. The variety of grilled choices is a welcome change from the regular boring items on most menus.

I was happy to enjoy Chips, Enchiladas and Tacos. When asked about chips they are fried in dedicated chips fryer. I tested my meals with Nima and happy to report that it passed Nima test. It’s a beautiful location too.

Lovely food, and a reasonable number of GF options. However, this location has made serious mistakes on about half of our orders (for example, not telling us the fryer had become contaminated, sending us the wrong order, and putting in flour tortillas when the ticket indicated a gluten allergy.) Enjoy the food, but also verify everything.
