Glove changes, separate tongs, separate areas for foods, etc. The fryer is only used for tofu, which has no batter, so it’s completely gluten free. The girl serving me asked if I was okay with tapioca because she knew that some people react to that too even though it doesn’t contain gluten. She has serious dust and pollen allergies herself, so she is very understanding of our needs. I felt very safe here.
