Been here many times previously with no issue, however since they recently changed out their entire crew (not sure if they’re under new management) the experience has been subpar. Ordered a gluten free burger and was given a regular gluten bun. The excuse they gave was that they were out of gluten free buns and decided to substitute a regular bun. We let them know this was not ok, and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Next visit it was the same thing, so we’re never going back. Burgers are also no longer tasty - they’re now using pre-formed patties with those nasty hard fat globs.

I went here and looked at the menu and saw nothing I could eat. So I ate nothing and had water and watched my friends eat. It was really not a great experience.

Have tried to eat here a few times since I found out I had Celiac. Has made me sick every time. I put “Gluten-free - Celiac” in the notes and selected the GF ingredients but there is definitely cross-contamination happening. Sad, I used to love this place when I was younger. :(

This restaurant is located in the 989 Elements Building, and parking is underneath the building. You can enter the parking garage from the side or from a little alley that runs behind the building.
Not celiac friendly. Had burger with gf bun followed by GI distress. Waiter claimed knowledge, so expect cross contamination and a very high cost for just a burger some the fries/tots aren't gf.
No
I picked this restaurant based on the reviews here and was very happy I did! As we were seated, I asked questions about gf options, and the server checked with the kitchen for an answer. Later, our other server pulled out a guide he carries when I inquired about their salad dressings. We limit our red meat, but I just had to try my first Kobe hamburger. I ordered it in a lettuce wrap with mayo and cheddar cheese. It was delicious! My husband said their mac-n-cheese (not gf) was some of the best he had ever eaten. Tip: The previous reviewer said it was hard to find, so I called ahead for info on where to park. They are not a freestanding restaurant, and you park underneath the building in which they are located.

We were visiting the area one day while on vacation so I contacted a friend who lives in the area to see if she and her husband would like to meet for dinner. She said “yes, Lunchbox Lab, it’s a great burger place.” I felt a surge of panic because not only can’t I have gluten, but I don’t care for burgers. But I looked at the menu and saw that they have GF buns and chicken breast. So I felt better about eating there. It’s tricky to find, and we ended up parking at the wrong garage, but we found it. I had the chicken breast with Swiss cheese on a lettuce wrap. (The only GF side is a salad.) It was very good, and I had no reaction to the food!

Excellent gluten free burger! Cool place, too.
Yes, they offer the Udi's gluten free bun, but that's it. I'm newly celiacs, and I really miss those deep fried tots!
Yes
You can get any burger made on an Udi's GF bun, and they have really good burgers.
Awesome burger. They just got a new gluten free bun...very good, soft and moist. Would be five stars if they had gluten free French fries.
Absolutely delicious gluten free burgers but no side options.
There are new owners since the previous reviews. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer and serve burgers with gluten free buns. You may have to ask if they have a gluten free dedicated fryer, some times we went they didn't.

Usually really careful and I don't get sick, but with covid and all, something must have been overlooked because I got horribly sick.
I'd be very cautious going here if you have celiac, but if gluten free is a diet choice you will probably be okay.

Just called on 7/21/2020 and was told by the person on the phone who double-checked with another person that the fries ARE NOT gluten-free. The only thing gluten-free here is an UDIs burger bun.
No
Fries and tots are in a designated fryer - per manager. Love them!! Best burgers ever. Don’t know why the other reviewer said no gf buns...I would be very sad it they just changed this as an option.
Yes
When first opened was definitely Gluten Free and I was always confident, however, over time things have changed.. in my opinion, I would no longer consider it safe for anyone with celiac .. Recently I was told.. no GF buns..I had my burger plain and still felt ill for a couple days.. I worry about the possibility of cross contamination... Their burgers have always been enjoyed by my family who are not celiac.
