Many delicious GF options. They were extremely careful with our celiac order

Extremely sensitive celiac & react the same to corn.
I got the blueberry smoothie, scrambled eggs & potatoes. Everything was good. Onion on the potatoes was a bit cold but otherwise things were good. Nice seasoning on the potatoes.
Overall, the food was decent AND I did not get sick. That’s a huge win for me and I will definitely return if I’m in the city again

They have a lot of gluten free options like thai food, burgers, tacos, cookies, and more. Everything on the menu says if its gluten free or not. Very tasty too

Very yummy. I usually don’t get pasta but the gf pasta is the only pasta they had. I got the pomodoro red lentil pasta with chicken added. Came with gf marker. Very good

Found Lyfe Kitchen while in the hospital in Chicago Werth my husband. They have many gluten-free options on their menu and even have the option to switch out regular items for gluten-free items giving you even more choices! As someone allergic to gluten this is HUGE! I highly recommend Lyfe Kitchen, you won't be disappointed!

Came from out of town and needed it to be both vegan and GF. I will say it's on the expensive side as things like fries and chips are extra. For both, and a drink and a cookie I paid almost $30.
Food review: The sandwich was good, but the sweet potato fries weren't the greatest.
Honestly, Jasons Deli was better.

Very fresh and good quality food. People behind the counter know what is gluten free and what is not. They handed a note into the kitchen that a gluten free order is coming. Best meal we had in Chicago.

Delicious and safe! We came here for brunch and found everything to be really yummy. They are surprisingly safe and the menu is very easy to identify. The Grand Sandwich (with GF bun), omelettes, oats were all good. Hint: the potatoes are super flavorful! Sign up for their app and you can get $5.

They marked our food as “gluten allergy” which is always a good sign. My mom got a smoothie bowl which she enjoyed. I got the OG Omlette which was just okay. They have a lot of options though and I didn’t get sick. They also have GF baked goods from a bakery and ice cream sandwiches!

Got the pasta pomodoro. It was okay. GF pasta and no cheese. Wasn’t super tasty and don’t love the menu options. Felt well after eating, just wasn’t for me. Nice establishment though.

Nice spacious fast casual restaurant. They have a well marked menu. I ordered the grand sandwich on gf bun and an iced latte. Sandwich was really good. It came with a side of breakfast potatoes with aioli and sautéed onions. Potatoes were cold. Sandwich was really good; the texture of the egg was perfect (I’m guessing it was prepared by sous vide). Iced latte was tasty; they only had 2% milk which was a bummer bc I prefer whole milk in my coffee. Bathrooms are impeccably clean and bright

Great atmosphere! I told the kitchen that I have celiac and they knew exactly what to do. I had the margarita pizza and sweet potato fries and it was so good! I didn’t have any celiac symptoms! I would definitely recommend. They also had a fridge with drinks and snack and all/most was gluten free too!

My organization ordered lunch from here and after placing an online order, I called to speak about my being gluten free and allergic to alliums. I decided on the keto scramble with bacon and I also got a Banana Kale Ginger smoothie with almond milk instead of apple juice. The host on the phone confirmed everything with the kitchen. The food arrived cold, but the quality of service was fantastic.

Food was delicious. Especially the Thai bowl! Food was marked as gluten free when it came out of the kitchen, and they only marked the ones that we said were an allergy (celiac). Was a fast casual sort of joint, which I wasn't expecting, but was still a good experience. Wish they served things on reusable plates, but that was my only complaint.

The food was very tasty and it was great to have a gluten free flatbread for the first time in a long time! We got the BBQ one with chips and guac, and also got some smoothies. Everything was super delicious.

One of my favorite places to eat in Chicago! Simple, healthy and diet friendly meals. Not sure if they are safe for cross contamination however.

My office wanted to order in burgers for a staff lunch, and the burger place they chose wasn’t safe. I asked if I could get a burger and fries from LYFE and I am SO GLAD that I did! It was delicious, and the sweet potato fries were amazing. My burger came with a little gluten free flag in it so I felt even more sure that there was no mixup. Amazing!!!

Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Had a burger with fries (yes! They have a dedicated fryer) and lots of other yummy sounding options I can’t wait to try next time

Phenomenal place for a hearty snack or lunch. Love that I can get sweet potato fries here (baked in an oven). Salads, bowels, tacos... can’t go wrong! They are awesome about cross contamination too. This place is now on my “go to” list for lunches.

Fabulous! A safe place for me for delicious and healthy food while my son is in the hospital. And their banana smoothie was great for him to have when he was able to start eating again. Absolutely safe for celiac. I get very sick from the slightest cc and was perfect here! Thank you, Lyfe!

I got the margherita flatbread and my sister got the chicken sandwich on a GF bun. The flatbread (which is basically a margherita pizza was absolutely delicious - chewy, flavorful, and crisp on the edges. The bread on the chicken sandwich was pretty crumbly but she said every other part of the sandwich was delicious. Prices weren’t toooo bad considering it’s Chicago and our food was ready really quickly. Also, neither one of us got sick afterwards. Highly recommend!
Yes
Delicious food, great staff. They had gluten free cookies! They put the GF cookies on the top tray, so no crumbs from regular cookies would fall on the GF cookies. We got the buffalo cauliflower tacos and baked sweet potato fries - both were amazing!
Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter with Celiac loved their flatbread and chicken sandwich.
Yes
Great options for adults and kids. Staff didn’t bat an eye when we mentioned celiac. Delicious and easy!

My experience was marginal. I ordered abbot on gf bread it came with two pieces of bacon, two pieces of very thin sliced deli turkey two tomatoes with a smattering of lettuce I was really disappointed it was like a giant piece of bread with hardly any filling. They use udis bread in case you're wondering.

Lyfe Kitchen was a lyfe saver during our family weekend vacation to Chicago. Our son was recently diagnosed as celiac and this was our first vacation where he had to eat out 100% of the time. We stayed at the nearby Doubletree and were pleasantly surprised that the Lyfe kitchen was a block away. Our son ate two meals here both were delicious and 100% GF he had no symptoms after eating here. I would say it was a little pricey for the entire family but I really didn't care since he felt great after eating both meals.

Very knowledgeable and accommodating. In addition to Celiac Disease, I have multiple food allergies. They were happy to help me figure out which dishes could work for me with some changes. Tasty and healthy food! No negative food reactions at all!

It is the closest restaurant that is GF friendly and I've had three meals here in the last two days! Everything is tasty and they are well aware of allergies.

2nd time coming when visiting Chicago. Ordered brussel sprouts, tacos, and gulped down their lavender lemonade. The tacos were vegan and they were okay. The food came marked with a gluten free flag. Offered some gluten free bakery treats, the magic cookie is good. Overall a safe and healthy place. Really cool atmosphere and spacious.
