Excellent fine dining restaurant with next-level food and superb wine list. 1/3 of the menu is pasta (no glutenfree options offered), but the staff is very knowledgeable about the gluten on their menus and what they can tweak to make something gluten free and what they can’t. All of the staff I encountered (managers, servers, food runners were aware and respectful of my gluten intolerance. I was guided well; felt great the next day. So the selection is somewhat limited, but not tiny.
