M Sushi Bistro

Yummy sushi place. They have gluten free soy sauce and the staff was confident that they could make me any sushi roll gluten free. I had the real California roll with real crab and gluten free (tamari) sauce for dipping. I have missed sushi and will be back again!!

Delicious sushi with amazing gluten free options. The staff is super knowledgeable about gluten free and told us they could make basically anything on the menu gluten free upon request or work with you to pick a safe option. They can even do gluten free teriyaki. The sushi was delicious and gf soy sauce was provided. I’m celiac and didn’t have any issues with cross contamination after eating here. The variety and price and authenticity of the menu is outstanding! 10/10 recommend!

Waiter and chef understood gluten free. Gluten free spy sauce on request. When we asked what rolls were gluten free we were told thr chef can modify any roll and make it gluten free.

Surprisingly ah-mazing sushi in a small inland town! They have real crab, so they are able to make GF Cali roll and rainbow roll, which I had. Both were delicious and they gave me GF soy sauce. They said the edamame was steamed separately and celiac safe as well. My gluten eating family also raved about their food. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious! They can make any of their rolls gluten free. Just tell your server. I would avoid anything fried as most sushi places don’t have a dedicated fryer. I will be returning!
