They make both gluten-free and regular pizzas, but they have a separate kitchen dedicated to their gluten-free pizzas. The oven is shared with their flour pizzas, but they claim to be careful with handling and cross-contamination.

I am highly symptomatic and sensitive with cross-contamination, and I didn’t get sick at all. It was very tasty!
