There is finally a safe Celiac friendly restaurant in the Fairview food court!

This is a Mexican restaurant that offers bowls or hard shell tacos as gluten free options. Disclaimer: they do have wheat tortillas here for burritos. However, the staff is trained in cross contamination with the purpose of having accessible gluten-free food. Specifically, they are knowledgeable about gluten and are trained to ensure that their utensils do not touch any tortillas.

I have eaten here twice and was pleasantly surprised both times by the quality of food and the celiac safety. I highly recommend putting their Smokey Sauce on your order- it made my meals!!
