They do not cook the GF pasta in separate water, so what’s the point? Staff did not offer to accommodate when I expressed I had an allergy. Good Mac n cheese for non gf people though.

Gluten Free pasta was very good. My son with Celiac really enjoyed it and had no stomach issues afterwards. I also ordered gluten free to try it and was very pleased. We would go again.

Food was amazing but even more incredible is the staff. Super knowledgable and made sure the kitchen knew my order was gluten free. They even offered to substitute grilled chicken if I wanted anything with it. Amazing in every way will definitely be back.

Atrocious. Served my celiac husband and celiac 5 year old daughter regular pasta "by accident". Called them on it and they recooked - and again it was not gluten free!! Open kitchen so we could see everything. Chef had a platter of fried chicken on a table. Touched it. And then touched the "gluten free" (not anymore!) pasta. Worst GF experience ever.

Many of the items on their menu can be made GF. I have celiac and am super sensitive and happy to report I felt fine. John was super helpful and knowledgeable about their products. He double checked my order and the extra checks always make me more comfortable. Wish they would put up signs advertising their GF products. Otherwise thrilled with their restaurant.

All items on the menu can be prepared GF. Pasta is not complete mush, which is often the case with GF pasta. The fact that it at a rest area off I-95 is a HUGE plus!!!
