The gluten free menu is not large, but I did enjoy what I ordered. And it was a large portion. They do not have a dedicated gluten free fryer, which is a bummer when it comes to chips and salsa. But I have celiac and did not get sick afterwards.

Great menu and great food! Has quite a bit of options.
Our server was helpful and patient with my many questions. Pretty decent GF menu. Will be back!

So so. The food was only OK, and the service was bad. There are definitely better options.
I went with a very large party and they still have a gluten free menu. I ordered the green Chile pork stew and skipped the tortillas that come on the side. Even though I am very sensitive, I had no reaction. It was $10 for not much food, but it was safe.

Quality has really gone downhill. Filibertos has better food. I've never gotten sick but there are much better places to eat.
Our server seemed to know more about the gluten-free menu than the cook did. Fortunately, our server checked with the manager to confirm ingredients. The gluten-free menu had a decent range of choices.
The corn tortilla chips brought to our table when we arrived were gluten-free, but our server warned us that they were cooked in the same fryer as flour-based products. That was disappointing.
All in all, it ended up being a great meal, thanks to our knowledgeable server Kate.

Had an excellent experience here! Waiter was knowledgeable and helpful. He even took the time to concoct a fried ice cream option that was GF. (Shout Out to John T.). GF Menu was good and food and atmosphere were great!
Really good gluten free menu! Seems like you can get jus about anything on a corn tortilla instead of flour. Even the tortilla chips are safe.
My only complaint was with an issue with dairy. They brought out a plate with cheese on it, so I reminded them that I could not have dairy. So they brought a plate with no cheese but with sour cream. Again, I sent it back. They then proceeded to bring back the SAME PLATE that they simply scraped the sour cream off of. I informed them that I have a severe allergy and that was not acceptable and asked for a new plate.
All said and done it was a delicious and safe meal. I would go back.
I asked for the gf menu- they only had one copy and couldn't find it so they had me pull it up online. I ordered the Corn Crisps from the gf menu. I asked the waitress to please ask the cook if there was any cc with this dish. She came back and said "It is safe. It is only cheese, salsa and a fried flour tortilla ". I'm like "The corn crisps have a FLOUR tortilla?" She said "Yes". I said "But i just explained that I am allergic to gluten!?" She said "yes, so this will be safe for you. Normally we make it with corn but we ran out of ingredients so we can make it with regular tortillas." She was sweet but she was really confused.
At this point, I realized i couldn't trust their food so I didn't order anything and my family ate without me.
I had already eaten the chips that came first, as the waitress said they were corn. 1 hour later I was in a gas station restroom, very sick.
DO NOT EAT HERE
(I am a mildly sesitive Celiac)

Separate GF menu, although when I ordered the fajitas and told them it was for Celiac, they came out with flour tortillas instead of corn. They were very nice and redid the dish and comped that item, but I’m not sure how safe the place is (I’m asymptomatic).
