Celiac friendly?

Yes

They have made chips in separate oil which was fantastic. The salsas are great. I always get grilled chicken tacos. Their gluten free menu is sufficient if you need your fix! I love the margaritas too. Just let them know you have a "severe gluten allergy" or just say Celiac Disease and see if they know what that is by now, either way inform the staff Bc nobody actually wants us to get sick!

I have eaten here several times and have never gotten sick. I do keep to the same which is the enchilada stack and chips and salsa. When it comes to chips I'm usually stay away because of contamination. But I have never had a problem here. I always tell them about my situation I even get guacamole which is on the gluten-free menu and I'm good.

Separate GF menu, although when I ordered the fajitas and told them it was for Celiac, they came out with flour tortillas instead of corn. They were very nice and redid the dish and comped that item, but I’m not sure how safe the place is (I’m asymptomatic).

NOT SAFE!! I have celiacs and so I requested and ordered from the gluten free menu, and specifically let the waitress know I was celiac and so I have a gluten allergy. She proceeded to bring me flour tortillas. Upon inquiry she said she did bring flour and I said I can’t have flour— I have a gluten allergy which is why I ordered off the gluten free menu. She said she doesn’t know what that means and she “doesn’t know what’s in tortillas”. She then came back to the table and proceeded to tell me that I must have made the mistake of ordering my CHICKEN FAJITAS off the VEGETARIAN side of the menu, which is why she brought flour. I let her know that it was in fact from the gluten free side and even specifically said “gluten free fajitas” when I ordered, and proceeded to deny that they were available as gluten free. As if would make sense to order chicken fajitas off the vegetarian menu anyway.
