Review of Maccheroni Republic

I called before we came and they were confident they could make something safe for me. They do have a disclaimer on the menu that the kitchen is shared so they can’t guarantee no cross contamination. The waiter was also confident and said he would make an allergy note. The food came out quickly and the waitress announced it as “gluten free”. Food was great and so far no reaction!
