The staff seemed very knowledgeable about gluten free options. It says online that they offer GF noodles, but I was unsure which flavors could be made GF, so I called ahead of time to ask. I was able to speak to someone in the kitchen, who told me that everything could be made GF except for the jambalaya option. I have celiac and am very sensitive to cross contamination, but this didn’t make me sick at all!
