Machete Cocina Mexicana

This place was really good! They told me the chips were gluten free, but I didn’t eat many since I saw another review saying they’re cooked in a dedicated fryer. I got the machete and it was delicious! no reaction.

Hostess had no idea and supervisor told us their food was gluten friendly but theu didn't take any measures for cross contamination and was likely not celiac safe.

GF items marked on menu. Street tacos were delicious. No dedicated fryer.

I would give it a five stars if they had a dedicated fryer. Bring your own chips but otherwise a great option.
