Told the bartender I have celiac, didn't seem to care. She dropped off tortillas for the appetizer--corn and flour mixed together in a bag. Reminded her about the gluten issue; she pointed to a basket of chips and said "those are corn." Asked if there was a dedicated fryer. Said she didn't know and walked away. Brought corn tortillas and was stoked maybe she realized she didn't handle things well. Ummm... She charged us even though we didn't ask for them! Maybe it was a one-off uneducated employee, but still.... And the food wasn't great. Apparently the chips were really stale, queso was fine but not great (or warm), and margaritas weren't great
