Review of MacKay's Ice Cream

My fiancée is celiac, and when she tells the staff at MacKays this and asks them to use a new scoop and go to a new tub of ice cream in back, they always oblige her. She has never gotten sick. The ice cream is incredible, just make sure to go on their website and read the ingredients for the flavour you want to be sure it’s gluten free — some of the non-obvious ones (like mango) contain gluten.
