Mackey's Munchies

This place is now one of our favorite hole in the walls. The food is delicious and the owner is incredibly friendly. She came to our table and explained gluten free options to us. She said that even though they do not have a dedicated kitchen space, they take every precaution they can. I have eaten here a few times and never had a problem. Highly recommend if you like authentic New Orleans food and a casual friendly atmosphere.

Mackey's Munchies has delicious New Orleans food. The owners run the restaurant and are very knowledgable about the gluten free options on their menu. They also take extra care to insure no cross contamination. The Jambalaya and Shrimp and grits are the best! :)
