Our family has been enjoying desserts from Mad Batter for years. My personal favorite is the coconut cake but we've enjoyed everything we've tried. The cinnamon rolls around the holidays are divine! The best part, you'd never know it's gluten free!

We got the salted caramel chocolate cake and 2 dozen of cinnamon sugar donuts for my birthday. They were so good, we will definitely order from them again.

From the owner
Mad Batter Cakery Co. has been serving Sonoma county and surrounding areas since 2014. Our founder and Mad Baker in charge, Dawn, set out to create a product you would never know is gluten-free and her determination has paid off. We've won awards for our deserts and even beat "gluten-full" bakers in the process!
We began with cakes but have branched out and become a full-service bakery over our 10 years in business! We do prefer to work by appointment as we don't have a brick and mortar. We work out of a private commercial kitchen. Please keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages for upcoming pop-ups at our kitchen in Santa Rosa!
