Review of MadLife Stage & Studios

Before going I emailed Chef David and he promptly responded! That's always a good sign. He said that there were gf options on the menu and to let him know when I got there so he could come out and talk about it or make something special! He did just that! I got the steak with chimichurri and smoked gouda grits and next time I'll take him up on his offer of trusting him to make me something off menu! He was knowledgeable about Celiac and items that were and were not safe as well as the handling of the items. I'll be back for sure!
