Madrid Tapas Restaurant And Wine Bar

This is an amazing restaurant. Fresh, from scratch, locally sourced, authentic Spanish food. Many items are naturally gluten free. The owner is gluten intolerant and understood exactly which dishes did or did not have gluten and could prepare things for me. We had an excellent experience. The group of people I was with (none follow a gluten-free diet) also thought everything was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!
