Their gf menu is very limited. They do not have a dedicated fryer. The hostess had to look for the gf menu and they only had one copy of it. This restaurant may be safe for someone with a wheat allergy but it isn't safe for celiac.

They have a gluten free menu, but it is pretty basic. Seem to cater to the allergy and specify what gets fried in gulten friers. They have plenty of breakfast that can work around the allergy. And corn tortillas.
