Best Poke I’ve had. Staff knowledgeable on menu items. Make sure to mention Gluten Free before you start your order. I ate here several times on my trip and never got sick. I have Celiac.

Staff were very knowledgeable about which toppings are safe for your poke, and gf sauces are clearly marked on the menu.

On a less positive note, I recommend asking them to go light on the Hawaiian sauce if you order it, as mine was crazily over salty and basically inedible.

I loved how knowledgeable and careful these guys were. The food was fresh and delicious but minus the gluttonous sauces it left something to be desired for flavour.

Staff knew what was GF and what wasn't. Delicious poké , we ate here twice and I didn't get sick. They have multiple sauces and toppings that are gf along with fresh fish. Sushi rice is not gf but the brown and white rice are. Each poke bowl is made up to order.

Tasty poke, friendly and knowledgeable staff, several gluten free options. I ate here twice on my recent trip to Waikiki. The food was great and I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone - GF or not.

Ordered a shrimp bowl, and fortunately the cook let me know the sauce I wanted, Spicy Mayo, was not gluten free but that I could have Hawaiian. So tasty!!!

Best poke! Server was knowledgeable about what was/wasn’t gluten free. I highly recommend going if you love poke. Tip: avoid going 1-2 hours before closing because it’s popular, the line gets really long, and they might run out of the fish you want. Happened to me twice :( This happened in August, so it may be different depending on tourism.

I had a tuna poke bowl that was the most delicious tuna I’ve ever had and was safe for me. They even had two options for sauces. The staff were knowledgeable and super helpful!

This place seemed super popular so I tried it when there wasn’t a line. They have a sign that says “let us know of any allergies” so I was hopeful they would have choices. They have options of white rice and sushi rice. I told the woman at the counter I can’t have gluten and she wasn’t the most helpful. I asked if the sushi rice was GF but she thought I wanted it. I said no thanks I’ll go with the white rice to be safe. The only direction she really steered me in was to pick a fish and the one of two GF sauces. I’m honestly not sure if I had to pay more for the GF sauce but this is still the cheapest best poke I’ve had.

Waiter was helpful in picking GF options. Go with shoyu instead of soy sauce. Hawaiian sauce is also gluten free! Good service!

Busy little poke spot. Unfortunately they are very limited with gluten free options. The only thing the staff said was safe was the original Hawaiian style poke bowl or a veggie bowl. Yes they do have gluten free soy sauce but no longer have gluten free shoyu sauce. The spicy poke wasn’t gluten free either sadly. On a positive note the tuna was extremely fresh and all the ingredients were tasty! So knocking it one star for lack of options, however keeping it a 4 star rating because the quality of the bowl was fantastic.

Staff was somewhat knowledgeable about GF. Had to do some clarifying as to what is and what is not. All I could have was the Hawaiian style and all they offer is a GF soy sauce. NO other sauces were GF. The food was delicious and tasty.
