The fryer was not dedicated. Staff thought it was safe because of the temperature. However the red beans with andouille sausage was incredible. Not too many options, but they were willing to make the fish dishes with cornmeal.

Mostly a place with fried food but they can make some things GF. They have a dedicated fryer for French fries. I had jumbo shrimp (grilled) with fries and coleslaw. The seasoning on the shrimp was very tasty. Staff and manager super friendly and helpful. Plus the coconut mojito is delightful! Will come back again!
