Ate here one time after noticing they had gluten free options in their UberEats menu. Got the pad thai GF and about an hour later I was feeling it! Definitely not GF in my opinion.

— Below Average

((Not celiac - but severe allergy to wheat/ gluten)) I don’t know if they changed their menu, but GF was not labeled. Our waiter tried, but didn’t know enough. He told us nearly everything could be made gluten free, but we still had to ask about every sauce and ingredient so he could ask the kitchen directly. They have gf soy sause, and we thought it would be okay, but both me and my husband reacted to our meals from here - probably due to either cross contamination, or from the sushi rice or imitation crab.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

Maybe we got a new server, but they were not very knowledgeable about gluten content in the food, for example had to ask about malt in the rice vinegar specifically, otherwise they recommended sushi as being ok. Slight nausea and cloudiness following eating the pad Thai makes me think it's not very safe.

The food was absolutely amazing. The staff was really helpful and made sure that the chef knew we had celiac and were very sensitive. Neither of us got sick. Cool environment. Ended up being a perfect place for a nice, safe dinner.

staff is knowledgeable. sushi is delish! gf soy sauce available.

the waiters are very knowledgeable about substitutions. Love going through the Boise market and ending at Mai Thai for a bento box lunch.
