Staff knows exactly what ingredients include gluten and can help navigate the menu, which does have labeling. They will note if you have an allergy concern and write G.F. in marker on your take out food. They definitely make an effort but they don't have a dedicated area or anything. It helps that many of their items are naturally gluten free. Everything I've tried so far has been tasty and I haven't gotten symptoms after over a dozen orders, my sensitivity is probably about medium.
