Review of Mai Thai

This was my 2nd time dining here. Last time no issues (a year ago). This time I ordered the larb and a noodle dish and after eating my food and paying I read the receipt and noticed only the larb was marked GF. When I asked server about it she said I only told her that item needed to be GF-which was not true because I am always very specific and always mention no gluten and celiac disease. Be cautious if you plan on eating here, I definitely got glutened.
