They offer a few gluten free items such as sushi, but you must request their gf soy sauce or tamari. They also had vegan sushi such as sweet potato roll, which had tempura chips that are gluten free. I also ordered the squid stir fry on rice/bowl, which has no soy sauce and is quite good. Many of the grill veg side dishes have no soy sauce such as kimchi etc.
