Staff was not very knowledgeable about a GF diet. They tried their best but staff needs to be more aware of not contaminating the GF bagels.

Actually they buy their gf bagels from Albertsons and don't always have them. I would suggest calling in advance. If they don't have them you are pretty much out of options.
