Both gluten free and cauliflower crust available. I asked the waitress which was better and she very quickly said the cauliflower. It was thin, crispy, and you can build your own (I went a little overboard but it was delicious). Also, the antipasta salad was extremely good (gf) and shareable for multiple people!
