Dedicated prep area and toaster etc. they do a good job and have separate prep spaces and food that they use for GF.

GF English muffins, bagels and bread. I enjoy having an egg and cheese on a GF English muffin! I order a sandwich on GF bread once a week. So happy to have choices!! A big thank you to the owner for offering a selection of options. They have a dedicated toaster for GF and staff asks if it’s an allergy or a preference And will change their gloves. Overall impressed by the efforts at this small town, local place.

Finally had a chance to stop here for lunch. Had an amazing chicken salad sandwich on GF toast, a bag of chips, a GF cookie and a drink for under $10!! I was asked if I was GF as a preference or an allergy so I felt comfortable with the preparation. I will definitely go back!!

Great little independent cafe. We went there for breakfast and all of their sandwiches can be made with gluten free bread or bagel. They asked if it was a sensitivity or allergy as they have a separate space for making GF items. Staff was friendly and lots of menu options. Glad we found this on our college tour!

I was told they take precautions with people who have celiac. they ask if it is “a preference or an allergy”. i said celiac so she marked allergy. asked if there was a separate space to make food etc. i had the honey bear (peanut butter, honey, on bread) and a chicken salad sandwich toasted. the chips and cookies were gf. very good tasting and good prices!

ps i did get sick afterwards but I used hand sanitizer with wheat aminos in it, then ate a sandwich. i’m doing 4 stars bc i’m not fully sure if I was contaminated or not from the food. i would go back though!

I was so grateful to find this place!! I had a gf turkey sandwich with chips and they included a gf cookie! Price was astonishingly low, they do not gouge you for gf bread. Will definitely go back when I am in the area.

Totally surprised at the GF knowledge and I could get a sandwich and a cookie!! Some of the staff was more knowledgeable than others but they were very helpful- What I also loved is that they had separate GF toasters and utensils and NEVER double dipped condiments.... ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Definitely a winner!!!

There is very little for a Celiac. Items are not marked. Management does not seem interested in accommodating gluten-free folks.

Good bacon, egg white and cheese on a GF English Muffin. They said the GF English Muffin is better than the bread or bagel. It was good and light and not gummy like Udi's GF English Muffins. When I asked for GF baked goods they had a chocolate flourless cake and a prepackaged banana scone, but that was it. Really nice surprise to find this place.
