Food sounds great with a lot of gluten free options, but they are all mixed in the cases with items that contain gluten. Didn’t feel confident that there wouldn’t be cross contamination. Doesn’t seem very celiac friendly.

HI Heather-

there are a select few items in the case that are in a case with gluten friendly items. We have an entire grab & go freezer where the items are made, and containered and frozen immediately to insure there is zero cross contamination. The same goes for our baked goods.

We do not say we are a dedicated gluten free establishment, but as a mom of a teenager who is gluten free, you can be assured that our dedicated work spaces (tables, ovens, fryers) are gluten free. I have been told we have the largest selection of gluten free food in the area. I am confident that we are taking the correct measures, we have been doing the gluten free thing for almost 10 years without an issue, ever.
