Wonderful new spot in CWE that is a pre-pay tasting menu of updated mid-century foods. Their menu changes monthly (even weekly) depending on what is locally available. Much of the menu is naturally gluten free and there is always a substitution for the few things that are not. Staff is VERY knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination in addition to other allergies (and are very accommodating)! I went in August 2023 and started with a Radish cake, moved on to the salad plate with general Grant’s chicken, local mushrooms, local glazed pecans, ambrosia salad, and a ginger dressing, moved on next to a lovely tomato Provençal with a rolled trout, and then finished with a rice tempura fried Peach with whipped cream and sweet peach syrup made with locally made brandy. Overall had a fabulous time with no issues!
