Nice spot to grab some specialty grocery items and a coffee from the bar, but any prepared food doesn’t appear safe. I spoke with an employee and they mentioned they have a gf house made biscuit they can sub for any of their hot food breads, but the biscuit is made on shared equipment and cooked in the same space as gluten. They have gluten free baked goods in the same display as gluten-containing baked goods. Very kind employees who are aware of celiac, and recommend celiacs not eat their food.

Anything made behind the counter did not look safe. I wouldn’t risk it. They do have a couple of GF/vegan salads in the refrigerator section so there is something. 12.00 for a bowl of very chewy wild rice & carrots salad. Or a bowl of butternut squash. 9.00. The green salads had croutons packaged in with, which is unfortunate.
Not a great selection and had to go on faith as marked. The coffee was good!

The coffee is great, but the gluten free pastries are stored in an uncovered display case directly next to the gluten pastries. I have seen them touching before & they are handled with the same equipment. I enjoy their GF biscuit option, but I had a reaction to it the last time I ordered it.
