Delicious food! The tacos have risk of cross contamination on the grill top, but the bowls are safe! Asked and their fryer is now only corn tortillas! Would highly recommended!

Maíz has repeatedly been a delicious choice for me as allergic to dairy, nut and gluten. They’re so amenable and the changes made to dishes did not diminish the flavor. So good!

Excellent food and the folks behind the counter were extremely knowledgeable about gluten and cross contact etc., super friendly and understanding of our situation (2 kids w/ celiac). We got the bowls with all the toppings and couldn't have been happier!
