We ordered online last night and had to call the restaurant after to tell them I was celiac. Sarah answered and asked if there was a gluten allergy when I asked for tamari instead of soy. She was knowledgeable about what I could and couldn’t eat, checked to ensure the salmon roe was packed in salt (it wasn’t but distributors change often so always check!) She also asked which elements of the order were mine to pack separately. Great experience and the food was delicious and well priced
