Wow, the food here is fantastic! I spoke directly to the owner/chef about gluten-free options (it's a small business - he knows everything about his food and prep processes), and there were many choices. He even fried a gluten-free appetizer for me in a clean and separate pan, since the fryer is not dedicated gluten-free. Highly recommend, but do be patient and don't go if you're in a rush - it's all cooked to order so a little slow to make, but so worth it and the chef is so kind and helpful.
