Sadly the staff and manager knew nothing about gluten free options or celiac disease. We were told nothing was GF and left. Not celiac safe at all!

We have been there twice and my Celiac daughter didn't get sick either time! The owner also owns Pappo's Pizza in Osage Beach and is very knowledgeable about Gluten free/Celiac. My daughter got quesadillas with corn tortillas and french fries as part of the kids meal. The fries are in a dedicated fryer. The fries are amazing and taste just like McDonald's french fries! They flagged her meal as a gluten "allergy" so the cooks would be extra safe! We feel very comfortable going there

Edit: Our most recent visit in 2022...no more dedicated fryer for French fries and they can't guarantee chips are safe. No dedicated fryer for those either. My daughter got the shrimp enchiladas with corn tortillas. They tasted amazing!

The waiter, while nice, was clueless. He asked the cook to come out, who did know what I could eat. The food was delicious, but had they been busy, he said the cook would not have come out. No dedicated fryer, as earlier review.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Celiac here. I had lunch at MamaCitas yesterday, excellent street tacos and a tamale. Corn tortillas are made in house, very tasty! I have not had any symptoms. I highly recommend this place! Do yourself a favor and order a tamale. The green sauce is exceptional!
